Teachers and masters from many academies in Europe and Brazil.
Workshops capoeira (all levels), music & dance: maracatú, frêvo, samba, batucada, Parties with Brazilian food, film and live music.

Training place: Van Hogendorp Sportcentrum, Van Hogendorpstraat 921 Amsterdam (Westerpark).

Price for 3-4 days including lodging (bring sleeping bags and mattress),
pagodes & film in Zaal 100: will follow

GETTING THERE:

             Arriving by plane at schiphol? Take a train from schiphol to Central Station.

From Central Station; Bus 21 (bus square in front of cs ), Get out at stop van Beuningenplein.

You can also take tram 13 or 17 to the marnixstraat, change there onto tram 10 to van Hallstraat.
Get out at the end off the line. (Van Hallstraat)

From Sloterdijk; Bus 60, Get out at stop van Beuningenplein.

PARKING:

Parking in Amsterdam can be expensive. There are areas were you can park for free.

Basicly all coloured areas are pay zones.

Tip:
There is also an option to park for €8,- per 24 hours (96 hours max),
included in the price is a public transport ticket into the city (max 5 people)

GETTING AROUND:

By bike
Getting around by bike is the local way of getting arround in Amsterdam.
There are various bike rental centers so you can join the fun!

Public transport
Public transport for tourists is mostly done with disposable cards.
Inside tram and bus you can buy cards valid for one hour. €2,60
At train stations and tourist offices you can buy cards that are valid for longer times.
If you plan to travel a lot by public transport consider this since its cheaper.
